HCA 75 hours course Learning Plan A includes the following courses:​

  • 🖥️ Safety & Orientation – 5 hrs (Online)

  • 🧠 Dementia Level 1 – 8 hrs (Online)

  • 💬 Mental Health – 8 hrs (Online)

  • 🧤 Hands-on Skills Lab Training – 16 hrs (In-person)

 

Cost: $550 (Save $50 — normally $600)

This 5-hour Orientation & Safety training is a part of the 75 hours required to get HCA Certified (HCA-C).

To receive a 75 Hours training certificate, you must show 5 hours training of Safety & Orientation, and 12 hours of minimum population specific training.

Florence Kamau-Muthui

Florence Kamau-Muthui is a dynamic leader and business consultant with over 15 years of proven success in implementing global human resources strategies, specializing in the higher education and healthcare sectors.

 

As the CEO and Director of Training and Development at Arise & Sparkle LLC, operating as Sparkle Training Center, Florence combines her extensive expertise in leadership, training, and development to drive organizational growth and excellence.

 

With advanced degrees in Social Work (MSW), Public Administration (MPA), and Professional Counseling, Florence brings a multidimensional perspective to her work. She is a Licensed Associate Independent Clinical Social Worker and a certified Human Resources professional (SHRM-CP), further enhancing her ability to deliver innovative, people-focused solutions.

 

Her unique blend of education and experience positions her as a trusted expert in workforce development and a passionate advocate for professional growth and success.
