We hold the distinction of being approved by the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) to offer the esteemed 75-hour Homecare Aide courses, as well as specialized continuing education programs. To receive a 75 Hours training certificate, you must show 5 hours training of Safety & Orientation, and 12 hours of minimum population specific training.

This training earns you continuing education credits per credit hour you take.

With advanced degrees in Social Work (MSW), Public Administration (MPA), and Professional Counseling, Florence brings a multidimensional perspective to her work. She is a Licensed Associate Independent Clinical Social Worker and a certified Human Resources professional (SHRM-CP), further enhancing her ability to deliver innovative, people-focused solutions.
