Florence Kamau-Muthui is the CEO of Arise & Sparkle LLC and Director of Training & Development at Sparkle Training Center. With 15+ years leading HR strategy in higher education and healthcare, she brings advanced degrees in Social Work, Public Administration, and Professional Counseling — plus SHRM-CP and Licensed Associate Independent Clinical Social Worker credentials — to develop the next generation of caregivers.

Paul Matheri

A co-founder of Sparkle Training Center, Paul Matheri brings 20+ years in enterprise IT and 12+ years bridging finance and technology. He's passionate about putting AI and modern tools to work for healthcare education — making operations smarter so students get a better path into careers in medicine.

Roy Kamau

Digital marketer, web designer, and storyteller, Roy Kamau has helped clients ranging from the World Bank Initiative to national bestselling authors grow their reach. At Sparkle Training Center, he leads brand, web, and digital strategy — making sure students find us, and stay with us.

Laura Wintersteen-Arleth, RN, MN

Laura Wintersteen-Arleth, RN, MN, brings 30+ years of nursing to Sparkle Training Center as CNA Program Director and Instructor. A retired Associate Teaching Professor at WSU College of Nursing, she's specialized in geriatrics, simulation, and diabetes care across the Spokane Veterans Home, CHAS Clinics, Frontier Behavioral Health, and more — and now mentors the next generation of caregivers.

RN Evaluator, CNA Instructor & Nurse Delegation Instructor

Mercy Kamanda, RN

Mercy Kamanda is a Registered Nurse and certified Registered Nurse Evaluator (RNE) with 10+ years of clinical experience across Kenya, Canada, and the United States. She brings a patient-first lens to every classroom — creating space for students to ask questions, build confidence, and discover the kind of caregiver they want to become.
