  • Arise & Sparkle LLC Dba Sparkle Training Center Cancellation and Refund Policy
    (In compliance with WAC 490-105-130)

    Should the students’ enrollment be terminated or should the student withdraw for any reason, all refunds will
    be made according to the following schedule:

    1. Rejection or Cancellation by the School:
    Arise & Sparkle LLC will refund all money paid if the applicant is not accepted. This includes instances where a scheduled class is canceled by Arise & Sparkle LLC and is not rescheduled for a
    later date.


    2. Applicant Cancellation Within Five Business Days:
    Arise & Sparkle LLC will refund all money paid if the applicant cancels within five business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) after signing the enrollment agreement or making an initial payment, provided training has not yet started. The applicant may request cancellation in any manner. In the event of a dispute, timely notice will be determined by the date of the request.


    3. Registration Fee:
    The registration fee is charged to process the student's application and establish a student record. Arise & Sparkle LLC will retain the registration fee if the student cancels after the fifth business day
    following contract signing or initial payment
    .


    4. Withdrawal or Termination After Training Begins:
    If training is terminated after the student has started classes, Arise & Sparkle LLC will retain the registration fee plus a percentage of the total tuition as outlined below:

    Amount of training completed by the student: Percentage of the tuition cost kept by
    Arise & Sparkle LLC:
    One week or up to 10%, whichever is less 10% 10%
    More than one week or 10% whichever is less but
    less than 25%
    25%
    25% through 50% 50%
    More than 50% 100%


    5. Refund Timeline:
    All refunds will be issued within thirty (30) calendar days of the student’s official date of withdrawal or termination.


    6. Determining the Official Date of Withdrawal or Termination:
    The official date shall be determined by one of the following:
    (a) The date the school receives written notice of the student’s withdrawal.
    (b) The date the student is terminated due to a violation of a published school policy.
    (c) Inactive students may not remain enrolled in violation of school policy without written consent. If a student becomes inactive without such consent, they will be terminated within thirty (30) days of the next available start date, and any appropriate prepaid tuition and fees will be refunded.
