As the CEO and Director of Training and Development at Arise & Sparkle LLC, operating as Sparkle Training Center, Florence combines her extensive expertise in leadership, training, and development to drive organizational growth and excellence.
With advanced degrees in Social Work (MSW), Public Administration (MPA), and Professional Counseling, Florence brings a multidimensional perspective to her work. She is a Licensed Associate Independent Clinical Social Worker and a certified Human Resources professional (SHRM-CP), further enhancing her ability to deliver innovative, people-focused solutions.
Her unique blend of education and experience positions her as a trusted expert in workforce development and a passionate advocate for professional growth and success.
