How long is the CNA program?
Our CNA (NAC) program is approximately 112 clock hours, which typically spans three weeks. The clinical classes are Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Then there are five require clinical days on Friday/Saturday from 6:00am to 2:30pm.
What are the admission requirements?
To enroll in CNA or HCA training you must: be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, be able to pass a background check (required for state certification), and demonstrate basic English literacy. For the HCA-CNA Bridge Program, you must hold a current Washington State HCA certificate.
Do you guys have payment plans?
Yes, we work with students to make training accessible. Payment plans may be available depending on the program.
Are your CNA and HCA programs approved by Washington State?
Yes. Sparkle Training Center is approved by the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) and provides state-approved healthcare training programs, including Home Care Aide (HCA), CNA, HCA-CNA Bridge, and continuing education courses.
How much does the program cost?
Program costs vary depending on the certification. Our HCA Program plans start around $600 (w/o taxes). The CNA Program is $950. The HCA-CNA Bridge Program: $650. Additional state exam and licensing fees may apply. Students receive details about all required costs during enrollment.
